1. Orders should be placed in writing only with the use of original order forms provided by Windowsill or by filling in of an on-line form.
2. Placement of an order is understood as acceptance of the order for processing. However, the Seller reserves the right to process the order until all due amounts and pre-payments have been paid and made.
3. Cancellation or change of an order by the Buyer may be accepted by the Seller without any consequences only, if the ordered products have not been manufactured yet. In the event that the Buyer cancels an order, for which products have already been manufactured, the Buyer will be obliged to pay all due amounts.
4. Unless the parties agree otherwise, payment for the delivered goods should be made on the date of delivery in cash against a sale document presented by the Seller.
1. The Buyer is responsible for checking the goods with respect to their quantity as of acceptance of the goods. Any irregularities should be notified forthwith to the driver under the pain of losing any rights to respective claims.
2. In the event of any shortages, the Seller will be obliged to supplement the missing goods forthwith and the Buyer should pay for the delivered goods in the agreed due time.
3. Any goods that have latent defects and have been returned will be repaired or replaced and delivered to the Buyer forthwith.
4. The buyer is entitled to refuse to pay for defective goods, however, he shall be obliged to pay for the goods that are not defective.
5. Complaints relating to scratched or damaged windowsills will not be considered after the windowsills have been fitted.
6. The guarantee does not cover consequences resulting from inappropriate fitting of the windowsills and improper use.
7. The Seller undertakes to replace and deliver to the Buyer a windowsill, which constitutes the object of a complaint.
8. In a justified case, the Seller’s service will repair windowsills free of charge under the guarantee.
9. The Buyer undertakes to replace the windowsill constituting the object of a complaint at his own cost and account.
10. The Buyer is entitled to call the Seller’s guarantee service. However, if any call proves unjustified, the Buyer will be charged with the costs of arrival at the place of complaint as well as the repair costs.
